100% British Honey 

Coarsely filtered, never pasteurised, pure Honey from the heart of West Sussex. Produced by a single Beekeeper on a small scale from wonderful bees. This honey has been Foraged from local wildflowers.

Each jar comes from one apiary produced by the bees in a single season. Every jar will be uniquely different.

Real honey will naturally crystallise over time and is an indicator of its quality. If you prefer your honey runny simply place the jar in warm (not boiling) water for half an hour and the honey will return to its liquid state.
